Owner: 1640156 (Ontario) Inc. c/o Penhold Corporation Consultant: Turner Fleischer Architects Location: Yorkville District, Toronto, Ontario Elite has been awarded the renovation project of the Nespresso Buildings in the heart of downtown Toronto. This project is a structural and architectural demolition to 4-storey building, including new structural arrangements for roof and floors. We will also be constructing a new exterior façade.
