Elite is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the construction of a new maximum security housing unit in Kingston, Ontario. The Collins Bay Institution will comprise of a new maximum security with a 96 bed housing unit. Work also includes new services infrastructure connected to existing services at the Institution, including new administration entrance vestibule to provide safe, protected access to the building.
