Owner: City of Brampton Location: Brampton, Ontario Elite has been awarded the construction project for the new two-storey administration facility at the Williams Parkway Works & Operations Yard located at 425 Chrysler Drive. This project, adhering to LEED® standards consists of base building components, interior space with office space, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, lunchroom, training facilities, washrooms, change rooms & storage rooms. The work also includes, but is not limited to, site works with parking lots, landscaping, and a special new signalized intersection at Williams Parkway.
