Elite has been awarded the construction contract of a new 1-storey elementary school building. This project will consist of casting in place foundation system & slab on grade floor; laminated timber structure; Concrete masonry & metal stud wall systems with stone veneer; Anodized aluminum curtain wall glazing; Heavy timber roof decking and sloped single ply PVC membrane roofing. Interior to include in-floor heating, day-light harvesting & security systems.
