Elite has been awarded the construction contract for the the building of a new elementary school and the addition of an existing secondary school in the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSC). St. Peter Elementary School, a new 1-storey school (25,000 sq. ft) will consist of 10 classrooms, gymnasium & ancillary spaces. The addition to St. Paul Catholic Secondary School (16,000 sq. ft.) will expand it’s existing space to include 7 regular classrooms & 4 specialty program classrooms. Site work also includes relocating running track & existing portable classrooms, sports field, & new parking facility.
